End-of-semester event summer 2022

We will start on time at 10 am sharp and meet at Carl-Zeiss-Straße 3, room 274 (on campus, 2nd floor, the room where the sociology colloquia usually take place). Here can you find an overview map.

We will present the projects in 3 consecutive rounds. People who suggested the project will get 2 minutes to briefly introduce the core idea. In each round there will be time after the presentations to take a closer look at the projects and talk to the people who proposed them, find common interests and maybe already develop ideas further. The submitted heart projects can be viewed in the cloud.

This is how we envisioned the day's schedule:

10:00-10:30 | Welcome, general information and explanation of the format
10:30-12:15 | Introduction and discussion of the projects
12:15-13:30 | Lunch break
13:30-14:30 | Introduction and discussion of the projects
14:30-15:00 | Closing round

Afterwards, the extended board will meet at 3:15 pm.

For lunch you can choose between the main cafeteria and the vegetarian cafeteria directly on campus. Please remember to bring your Thoska in case you want to eat there. Apart from that, there are many other places to eat nearby, which the Jena colleagues will be happy to show you. Coffee, tea and cold drinks will be available on site.
