Niclas Joshua Jucknischke studied law at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena and completed his studies in February 2022 with the 1st state examination.
After successfully completing his legal clerkship, he has been an assessor juris (qualified to hold judicial office) since May 2024. He was an exam corrector at the Faculty of Law at Jena University and is the authored a number of articles on civil law. He completed his elective traineeship in the notary's office and has been working in a renowned law firm since 2024.
Since February 2025, he has been a research assistant and doctoral candidate in sub-project A05: ‘Legal entities under private law with ownership in themselves (legally capable foundations and companies in responsible ownership)’.
