Dr. Jörg Hebenstreit is a research associate at the department of political science at the Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena and completed his PhD with a thesis on campaign finance in the United States. In addition to the broad topic of "Money and Politics", his research interests also include blockchain and democracy as well as technocracy and non-majoritarian institutions (NMIs). At the TRR, Dr. Jörg Hebenstreit is associated with the subproject B04 "Economic Property and Political (In)Equality".
