Marlen van den Ecker, M. A., is a graduate research assistant at the project “Intellectual Property: Social Embeddedness and Functional Equivalents”, which examines to which extent there is a need to reorganise the ownership of the public goods knowledge and information in a post-industrial economy.
She is also working as an editor, translator, as well as a social media manager for the journal Berliner Journal für Soziologie. MA in Social Theory (Gesellschaftstheorie) at FSU Jena. BA Media and Communication Studies, Economics, and Philosophy at University of Mannheim.
