Stefan Malsch is a research assistant in the central administration project (Z02). Previously, he completed the interdisciplinary course of studies in political science at the University of Erfurt, with a Bachelor and Master of Arts. The focus of his studies was on economics and political science. In his master's thesis, he investigated the shortage of skilled workers in Thuringia with regard to the residence selection criteria of university graduates. Until his graduation, he worked as a student and research assistant at the Max Weber Centre.
